What style of training do you use?
We’re balanced trainers. This means we use positive reinforcement when the dog is doing right, but we also let them know when something is incorrect. We understand all dogs are different, so we use different techniques and approaches when training. We always want to ensure there is an open line of communication between the us and the dog as well as the owner.

What vaccinations do you require?
- Rabies
- Bordatella
- DHPP vacine (parvo)
What age does my dog need to be for your training program?
We do offer programs for dogs of all ages. Our puppy board and train program starts at 8 weeks and goes to 6 months of age. We also have private lessons and board and trains for dogs 6 months and up.
What do I need to bring for a board and train?
Be sure to bring enough food for the amount of days your dog will be with us. Also be sure to bring any medications they take. Be sure to provide written instructions for food and medication. There is No Need to bring any toys, beds, blankets, treats, ect.
Where will my dog sleep during a board and train?
All dogs will be sleeping in an Impact, Ruffland or Dakota brand crate inside of our house. We do not put our board and trains in a wire crate for safety reasons. We also have outside Retriever dog kennels when your pup needs some fresh air. When your dog isn’t training, out to use the restroom or being taken out for some exercise; they will be spending a lot of time in a crate…so it is very important your dog is crate trained. They will also be inside a crate when being transported to different training locations.

What type of tools do you use for training?
We use the following tools: Crates, Place Platforms, Prong Collars, Slip Leads, Food Reward, Clip Leashes and Long Lines. Please note we do not use all of these tools on every dog.
